Sizzling Mussels 鐵板貽貝

Sizzling Mussels
~~營養豐富 滑潤鮮美 ~~
Excellent source of Selenium and Vitamin B12
Good source of Zinc and folate
 
Ingredients
  • 12 – 16 Pieces  Mussel 
  • 1/2   Cup Basil
Seasoning
  • 1  T. Cooking Wine
  • 1  T.  Mashed Garlic
  • 1  T.  Mashed Ginger
  • 2  T.  Butter
Material
  • 18x18  Aluminum Foil (one sheet)
  • A set of Iron Plate and Wood Tray
  • You can also use a cast iron skillet, but make sure to add some water to the skillet to avoid damaging it. 

Wash mussels clean.
Place basil and mussels in center of the aluminum sheet.
Add all seasoning.
Seal the mussel package tide before placing on the iron plate.
Cook on stove for approx 4-6 minutes or until the mussel package inflates.
Set the iron plate on the wood tray.
Cut open mussel package and serve.
